World-class boxing hit the Russian capital for the second time in eight months with the “Boxing Show #2”, promoted by Yuri Fedorov Sports Lab in association with the Sauerland Event and the Seminole Warriors Boxing and with the help of Putinka Boxing Stars. Povetkin defeats Donald!

Russian heavyweight hope Alexander Povetkin struggled a bit but successfully passed the toughest test of his career by scoring a shutout decision over American Larry Donald: 100-90 on all the judges' scorecards. After an even first round, Alexander increased the number of thrown combinations and started beating Donald to the punch. Larry fought hard in the middle of the bout but visibly faded down the stretch. Povetkin is now 13-0 with 11 KOs, while Donald dropped down to 42-5-3, 24 KOs. Fightnews scored the fight 100-91 for Povetkin.
