Промоутерская компания Top Rank подала иск на Эла Хэймона в размере 100 миллионов долларов. Top Rank обвиняет Хэймона в нарушении антимонопольного законодательства и нарушении Акта Мохаммеда Али. Согласно этому Акту, совмещение должности промоутера и менеджера запрещено. В боксерском мире уже давно отмечают, что Хэймон выступает в роли и менеджера, и промоутера.
